HOW IS PENILE ENLARGEMENT SURGERY in Thailand PERFORMED?

At Yoskarn Clinic, our head surgeon, Prof. Somyos Kunachak and his team offers two (2) types of penile enlargement procedure, the penile lengthening, and the procedure to increase the girth of the penis.

For the penile lengthening in Thailand, our center offers suspensory ligament release. In this procedure, the ligament which is located just at the base of the penis, will be disected to allow the penis to erect to its full length. The surgery is done under general anesthesia and the suspensory ligament is released from its bony attachment to increase the length of the penis. Normally, the procedure will result to an increase of 1-2 inches though some may have less. The incision will be below the mons pubis and a suture removal procedure should be scheduled after 7 days.

The girth enlargement is done by fat transfer, fat stem cell transfer, PRP, or fillers. Basically, the aim of this technique is to increase the girth of the penis by adding volume (notice how your penis becomes naturally bigger when erect due to the increased blood flow). The fat transfer will involve harvesting fat from your abdomen area, processing it, and injecting it to you penis. PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) will involve harvesting blood from you (usually from the brachial artery), processing the blood, then injecting it to the penis (though a number of sessions will be required). For the 3^rd option which is fillers, a pre-made filler will be injected to your penis. Since the 3 techniques will only involve injection, no suture will be placed on the penile area, however a follow up check up is still recommended.

Another option is the surgical enlargement of the girth using autologous dermal fat graft or fascia, or using the homologous acellular dermal matrix placement. 

Both techniques can also be done together in one surgery and an overnight stay in our clinic is usually required after the procedure. 

 

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO AFTER PENILE ENLARGEMENT SURGERY in Thailand?

A little pain and discomfort is expected after a penile enlargement in Thailand whether you do penile lengthening or penile widening (increasing girth).

Penile lengthening in Thailand may cause bruising on the base of the penis due to the incision site. This bruising may also be present along the penile shaft but this is normal. A scar may also form on the area but this can be treated with creams or even laser once healing has taken its course. Erection may also cause a little pain a few days post-operatively especially after a lengthening procedure due to the injured ligament but this will subside as the ligament heals.

Whether you undergo lengthening, injection, or both, we advise refraining from sexual activity for at least 6 weeks to allow the tissue to heal (for PRP injection, 1 week is enough) and to avoid discomfort during intercourse.

Hypersensitivity or numbness may be felt on the penile area and this is normal for a few days after surgery.

Proper wound care on the incision site for the penile lengthening procedure should be observed.

 

WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW ABOUT PENILE ENLARGEMENT in Thailand?

·    Penile enlargement in Thailand will increase the length or girth of your penis but it will not increase your sexual satisfaction because you will have to work on that aspect for yourself. The procedure will not make your erection last longer either.

·    The suspensory ligament is the ligament that holds your penis in place when it is erect, that’s why it is pointing diagonally rather than horizontally. After the ligament release surgery in Thailand, your penis may not be as stable when erect but your erection will not be affected in any way.

     The injection will increase the girth of the shaft of the penis, not the head or the penile glans. The glans of the penis is so tight that fillers, fat, and even the blood cannot be injected to it from the shaft. We also cannot directly inject any substance to it because there is not enough study to support its beneficial or harmful effect.

·    There is a chance of unevenness after a penile enlargement surgery in Thailand (using fat or fillers) in terms of the smoothness of the whole shaft but it gradually improves over time.

·    The quality of the sperm you produce and the duration for which you can stay erect will not in any way be affected by this surgery nor will your fertility.

·   There will be changes with the result of the procedure over time. As aging takes its course, your body will also change along with the penis. There is no guarantee that the result of penile enlargement will be permanent.
